Thermal calculations of CO2 in the supercritical range, and contributing expertise throughout the entire process. Design and construction of the required heat exchangers.
Pump application where the overhead gas and process liquid must be cooled. For a Scandinavian end customer in the Oil & Gas sector, a German system builder required these coolers for the assembly of the system.
A replacement gas heater is required for an existing gas pressure reduction station. The heater operates by circulating hot water on the shell side and natural gas through the tubes. In this case, it is designed as a removable U-tube heat exchanger with a removable bonnet header in a vertical orientation.
Liquid/Gas Coolers and Liquid/liquid coolers. Shell & Tube, floating head with backing ring, inlet channel with removable cover. MO cooler with fixed tubesheets, no headers (installed directly in the piping)
For a vacuum application, our client, a vacuum system builder, is supplying a skid to Spain. This skid requires a condenser to condense liquid from the process gas under vacuum (2 kPa). The post condenser is a liquid/gas condenser and uses cooling water (in the tubes) to cool the process gas and condense several components.
For a mobile gas compression skid destined for Belarus, our client assembling this skid required an oil cooler to cool the compressor. The oil cooler is a liquid/liquid cooler and uses coolant (in the tubes) to cool the oil that heats up as a result of the heat generated by the compressor.
Gas/liquid coolers. Shell & Tube, removable U-bundles, channel integral with tubesheet and removable cover. Third stage IGC discharge cooler with special high pressure D-header closure.
