Flue gas heat recovery / CHP installation

Increase electrical efficiency on Diesel generators, Gas engines, and Gensets by converting them into a CHP (Combined Heat & Power) installation where the engines are supported by a heat recovery system that uses waste heat to convert it into electrical energy.

ROBOX supplies unique economizer bundles to use the waste heat from flue gas for hot water that can be further used industrially for heating other processes or generating steam. This is to improve the total efficiency of the entire system. The heat exchanger can be installed directly behind the heat source.

This is to improve the total efficiency of the entire system. Our bundles can be mounted directly behind the heat source and are excellently suited for temperatures up to approx. 1000°C.

Different types of tube finning for different types of high temperature applications

For processes with exceptionally high process temperatures, special finning is required to guarantee the quality and service life of an optimal Robox Heat Recovery Exchanger. Robox offers, among others, the following fin types: Embedded (G-type) Finning, Welded finning & Studded Finning.
