A distillation plant in Antwerp required replacement condensers for our client. Together with other components, these ensure the optimal progression of the process, both thermally and energetically.
In the condensers, the product stream is condensed using water. Due to the vertical arrangement, the distillate can be drained from the bottom of the heat exchanger.
Following a successful collaboration during the construction of a complete plant, this client once again approached ROBOX for assistance in replacing existing condensers.
ROBOX possesses extensive knowledge of condensers and was able to apply this expertise here. Since it concerned an existing unit, the dimensions and connections were more or less fixed. Within these constraints, ROBOX designed and built a well-considered, suitable solution. Through close cooperation, clear agreements, and transparent communication, a short lead time was once again achieved.
